Systemic Leadership Program

Nowadays challenges that senior leader are facing are not straight forward challenges where they have a solution for it. Mostly, problem definition is unclear, and the solution definitely is and these called adaptive challenges that requires systemic leadership. These challenges are called adaptive challenges where our deeply rooted beliefs in the org are challenged, the values that made the organization successful are becoming less relevant, and when legitimate and competing perspectives emerge. Adaptive and systemic challenges requires systemic intelligence and adaptive leadership to overcome it and to mobilize people in the organization to a solution that resides in the collective intelligence of the organization and its human capital. ​
